The next day after their solemnization, AzamHashim Photography get back to Sungai Kantan, Kajang once more for their reception. I would like to thanks Hafiz & Emmy for putting the trust in me to be their wedding photographer for this two event. (: The weather was pretty much decent earlier in the afternoon as it do bring much contrast in my photos. I love it. Although it’s a simple wedding, I do enjoy photographing the details that Emmy and family had setup for the big day. And i do love the color combination too. It rains towards the end of the event. Yup, it was the rainy season i suppose. Again I was assisted by Hery. And the caterer for Hafiz & Emmy was Aimys Catering & Event. The union of Hafiz & Emmy. It was a night to be remember for both Hafiz & Emmy. And for me, this was my first time documenting an akad nikah ceremony here in Kajang. Hehe. I was engaged by Emmy middle of last year through email, and as I remembered she did mention that she get to me via AzamHashim Photography facebook pages. (: Cut the story short, after few emails. So here I am, documenting her big day.

The ceremony starts off with an engagement and then the highlight for the night, majlis akad nikah. I just love documenting majlis akad nikah, the white dress and white baju melayu do stands out in photo. Yup, it does looks good in prints too. As for rest of the night, enjoy the photos below that I managed to document during the ceremony.

This entry is for Zam & Huda. The couple had invited AzamHashim Photography to document their reception in Temerloh. And this was my 1st time in Temerloh capturing moments for bride and groom. Much thanks to Zam & Huda for the opportunity. Huda was a good friend (best friend i believe) to a bride I shoot a while back in Sungai Petani last 2 years, Liny. Huda was Liny’s bridesmaid (pengapit). My thanks also goes to Liny who have been a great supporter to AzamHashim Photography. Hehe. Rajin Liny buat promosi (:

The reception was simple and everyone was enjoying each other companies. The event (kenduri) here in Temerloh starts as early 11pm as neighbor and guest arrived early. And at about 2pm or 3 pm, the number of guests decreasing. And it excite me as I saw the famous ikan patin being cooked before it will be served during the kenduri. Hehe. First time merasa ikan patin Temerloh, memang tak puas makan sebab memikirkan tugasan yang belum selesai. Next time, should try again. Hehe. This entry is for Adi & Farhana who gave me their trust to document their engagement. My thanks goes to Ana who engage me for this occasion. Their engagement held in Ana’s house in Kampung Datuk Keramat, Kuala Lumpur. And to be honest, pink is the color if your want some good mood and vibe. This would be the last entry of Hafifi & Amira. Honestly, it was a tiring three days, Seremban and Kuala Lumpur back to back. But I enjoyed documenting this couple,  in their new phase in life. This entry was shoot in Taman Tasik Permaisuri, Cheras as it was raining that late afternoon. Luckily, the rain stop in the middle of the shoot, and sun came out. The session getting good after that. After their reception at Mambau, Negeri Sembilan. The newly wed and us went to Seremban to shoot their outdoor portraiture. As I remember, the weather was a little bit cloudy. But we were much very lucky it did not rain afterwards. So we did manage to document this newly wed with a different backdrop that evening. I thanks to both Hafifi and Amira because of their good sport through out the session because I know they were both pretty exhausted. Thanks guys. And enjoy the photos below (:

This is the 2nd entry for the newly wed Hafifi & Amira. Their reception was held the day after their solemnization. With much cheerful color as their wedding theme, it does bring the mood for the day. My day at Mambau as wedding photography start perfectly with good weather accompany the whole day. Here it goes, an entry of the union of Hafifi & Amira held in Mambau, Negeri Sembilan. Amira contacted me a year before their wedding through email. And after few emails replied, and a year later. There I was, documenting their new journey, new phase of life. To be honest, I pretty much looking forward to shoot this couple. Maybe sebab they booked me a year before kot. Hehe. This would be the last entry for Farhan & Atiqah. AzamHashim Photography would love to come back to Ayer Keroh Melaka to shoot wedding here, I personally adore Melaka. Hehe. We did start the outdoor shoot with a little bit anxious, because of the unpredictable weather we had the day prior. Lucky us, we had beautiful weather and beautiful light to experience for the outdoor session. We also manage to try some ’shooting the sun’ session of our own. And we love it, we need more shooting the sun session. Lovely weather, lovely couple, what more can a wedding photographer mintak. Enjoy the photos that we manage to document during the session.
